By accessing or using Arcane Traffic ("Service"), operated by The House of Harakhti ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Arcane Traffic is a software platform that enables users to submit messages to website contact forms at scale using AI-assisted automation. The Service is intended for lawful B2B marketing and outreach purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at platform@arcanetraffic.com.

You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send through the Service and ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and equivalent regulations.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without notice or liability.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by The House of Harakhti and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HOUSE OF HARAKHTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The House of Harakhti, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hawaii.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
